Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the item by contacting us. We recommend reading this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before the product is shipped or produced. If you cancel within 3 business days of placing your order, you'll receive a full refund.

Once your order has been shipped or produced, it cannot be canceled.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. Your return must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included (warranty cards, manuals, instructions)
  • The item is damaged, broken, or twisted upon arrival
  • You received the wrong size or color
  • You ordered by mistake or are not satisfied with the product

Important: If the return is caused by you, you're responsible for return shipping costs. If the error is our fault (damaged or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned after 30 days from receipt
  • Items that have been opened, used, or worn
  • Items that have been altered or damaged by the customer
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Orders with invalid or undeliverable addresses
  • Items without a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Return Your Item

Step 1: Contact us at service@jesusaveus.com before returning anything
Step 2: Provide:

  • Your tracking number
  • Clear photos or video showing the issue (close-up, good lighting)
  • Description of the problem

Step 3: We'll review your request within 72 business hours and send you return instructions
Step 4: Ship your item to our return address (we'll provide this in our response)
Step 5: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment account
Allow up to 20 business days after we receive your return
Your bank may take additional time to process the refund
Check with your credit card company if you're experiencing delays

Quality Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged, we offer:

  • Free replacement
  • Full refund

You are not responsible for return shipping in these cases.

Return Timeline

Due to high order volume, allow up to 7 working days from when we receive your return for processing. We'll notify you via email once your return has been processed. Replacement items will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
